<p>As the VP, Organizational Effectiveness Transformation, you'll be at the center of how we evolve, scale, and optimize our company through people, programs, and process. You'll lead the design and execution of strategic org-wide initiatives that drive operational excellence, cultural alignment, and workforce agility. Whether we're entering new markets, integrating new teams, or shifting how we work, you'll be a key architect and navigator of change.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive large-scale organizational transformation initiatives across the business to enhance effectiveness, adaptability, and culture.</li>
<li>Partner with senior leaders to align structure, talent, and operating models to evolving business strategies and growth goals.</li>
<li>Build frameworks and tools for organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent strategy.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement in employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness through innovative LD initiatives.</li>
<li>Lead the strategic planning and execution of company-wide programs—like future of work, performance enablement, and leadership alignment.</li>
<li>Serve as a thought partner to the People Experience leadership team, influencing how we scale and evolve our global workforce.</li>
<li>Develop and operationalize change and communication strategies that foster transparency, trust, and engagement.</li>
<li>Leverage data and insights to assess organizational health, identify gaps, and measure the impact of interventions.</li>
<li>Lead a high-performing team of program and transformation experts, fostering innovation and accountability.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You'll Bring to the Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A strong track record of designing and leading successful organizational transformation initiatives in complex, global environments.</li>
<li>Deep expertise in org design, change management, talent strategy, and culture transformation.</li>
<li>Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive Learning Development strategies for a global organization.</li>
<li>Ability to partner across functions, earning trust and influencing outcomes at all levels—especially with C-suite stakeholders.</li>
<li>A systems thinker who can connect dots, simplify complexity, and create scalable solutions that elevate the employee experience.</li>
<li>Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environments—with a bias for action and impact.</li>
<li>A collaborative leadership style that builds high-trust, high-performance teams</li>
</ul>
<p>In the role of Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness Transformation, you will report to the Chief People Officer.</p>

<li>You bring a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>You bring 12+ years of progressive experience across HR Operations, Program Management, and Administration, with a strong blend of in-house and consulting expertise.</li>
<li>You have a strong global perspective and deep domain expertise gained from having led globally distributed teams.</li>
<li>You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.</li>
