We enable connected warfare in joint, time-sensitive, and multi-domain operations across hundreds of thousands of endpoints in the most challenging global environments. We enable critical decisions at the edge, transforming the way that militaries close kills chains and enable mission autonomy<br><br>Our Edge Compute and Communications business line, within the Connected Warfare division, delivers robust, high-performance computing and secure communications solutions directly at the tactical edge. By processing data in real-time and enabling decentralized decision-making, we empower warfighters with actionable intelligence, rapid connectivity, and unparalleled situational awareness in challenging environments.</p> <h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3> <p><strong>Summary: </strong>We are seeking an experienced, results-driven <strong>Partnerships Director</strong> in Anduril’s Edge Compute and Communications business line. This is not a traditional partnerships role, however, and we welcome candidates with a wide variety of experiences. Partnerships is a critical growth area for Connected Warfare and this position will lead a growing team focused on building mutually-beneficial partnerships that result in significant program wins and revenue growth. This role is not about building to press releases and announcements, but rather to real, in-depth, multi-year partnerships with tangible responsibilities and outcomes for all parties.</p> <h4><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Develop and deliver on a partnership strategy: </strong>Define the types of partnerships we will prioritize and then go make it real. We aren’t looking for someone to just write down a good partnership approach, we need someone with experience delivering on that approach and who is willing to roll up their sleeves, merge their prior experience with Anduril’s culture, and deliver tangible results.</li> <li><strong>Identify partners and structure partnerships:</strong> Identify, prioritize, and vet potential partners based on technical fit, cultural fit, program access, and other relevant criteria. Lead the end-to-end negotiation of partnership agreements. Drive a significant portion of the CW’s revenue and pipeline growth through joint go-to-market initiatives and successful integration into key proposals.</li> <li><strong>Partner management and delivery:</strong> Serve as the primary executive for our partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment on technical roadmaps, and overall success. Work closely with the internal teams to ensure our technology roadmap aligns with the long-term needs and oversee the team actually delivering on the ground to make the partnership real and valuable. Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for our partner relationships.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>You have negotiated and delivered on complex, high-value partnerships supporting the military, with a portfolio exceeding $50M.</li> <li>You have 10+ years of experience in a high-velocity, cross-functional leadership role< ...
