As one of the fastest-growing AI markets in the world, India represents a significant opportunity to shape how frontier AI is adopted at scale — across enterprises, digital-native companies, and the public sector.</p> <p>In this pivotal role, you will own and scale Anthropic's most significant cloud partnerships in India — responsible for large-scale revenue opportunities and co-sell execution through our global cloud partner ecosystem (AWS, Google Cloud, and others). You will work closely with senior leadership across both partner organizations and Anthropic's global GTM teams to drive joint success, shape regional strategy, and accelerate the adoption of Anthropic's AI capabilities.</p> <p>This role offers a rare opportunity to build from the ground up — defining the blueprint for how Anthropic and its cloud partners collaborate to win in one of the world's most dynamic technology markets.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for cloud partnerships in India, including co-selling motions, joint business plans, and enablement programs tailored to India's enterprise and startup ecosystems</li> <li>Drive strategic planning and execution of joint marketing and sales initiatives, including major customer engagements across key industry verticals (BFSI, IT/ITeS, manufacturing, pharma, and public sector)</li> <li>Build and maintain executive-level relationships with cloud partner leadership teams in India and regionally</li> <li>Own pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue targets for the India cloud partnership business</li> <li>Create scalable processes for partnership operations, including escalation management, reporting, and governance</li> <li>Design and execute segment-specific sales plays aligned to India's enterprise buying patterns and partner-led motions</li> <li>Lead cross-functional efforts with Anthropic's global GTM and product teams, translating India-specific market needs into actionable feedback and strategy</li> <li>Partner with cloud providers on public sector and government initiatives, navigating India's regulatory and data localization landscape</li> <li>Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with key stakeholders across partner and Anthropic teams</li> <li>Identify strategic opportunities to expand partnership scope, deepen integrations, and unlock new routes to market</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You May Be a Good Fit If You Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>12-15 years of enterprise technology experience, with at least 7 years in strategic partnerships and/or enterprise sales leadership in the India market</li> <li>Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact technology partnerships in India, including with major cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)</li> <li>Deep familiarity with India's enterprise technology landscape — including key verticals, buying cycles, partner ecosystems, and regulatory considerations</li> <li>Experience navigating India's complex stakeholder environments, including large conglomerates, GCCs (Global Capability Centers), and government/PSU accounts</li> <li>Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across partner organizations and within Anthropic's global leadership</li> <li>Track record of developing and executing successful co-selling and channel strategies in a high-growth, startup environment< ...
