This is a hybrid internship (20 - 30 hours per week) based in our San Francisco office.  📍Your Impact Starts Here Join the Lifecycle Marketing team and get hands-on experience bringing marketing campaigns to life — from brainstorming creative ideas to analyzing campaign results. You’ll collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, and Creative to help us engage our small business customers and employees. This is a great opportunity to see how a marketing team operates inside a fast-growing tech company and to build real-world skills that will set you apart in your career. Marketing operations & campaign management: - Help organize and support day-to-day marketing projects and campaigns. - Keep our campaign trackers, databases, and project tools up to date. - Coordinate team meetings and help keep cross-functional projects on track. - Help collect customer stories, testimonials, and release forms for marketing use. - Support the development and rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Join creative brainstorms and pitch ideas to make campaigns more engaging. Data & insights: - Gather and analyze campaign data to uncover trends and performance insights. - Contribute to reports that help the team measure success and find opportunities to improve. - Learn how to use data to inform marketing strategies and A/B tests. By the end of the internship, you’ll be able to: - Plan and execute email campaigns: Understand how to take an email campaign from concept to launch. - Analyze results: Learn how marketers measure performance and turn insights into action. - Use real tools: Get hands-on experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms. - Operate in a fast-paced environment: Build confidence managing priorities and delivering work that drives real impact. 🚀 The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role: - Currently enrolled as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior at a 4-year accredited college. - All majors are welcome.
