This is not a “keep the lights on” role.</p> <p>You’ll lead one of Amplitude’s flagship products, shaping roadmap, architecture, execution, and team, with real autonomy and executive backing. Because it is.</li> <li>Partner deeply with Product, Design, and Tech Lead to turn raw customer pain into breakthrough solutions</li> <li>Build and scale systems that process billions of requests without blinking.</li> <li>Drive high engineering standards while knowing when speed beats perfection.</li> <li>Hire, grow, and retain A+ engineers.
