Product Marketing Manager I, Uber for Business Department: Marketing Team: Marketing Location: San Francisco, United States Type: Full-Time ## **About the Role** We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial-minded product marketer to help identify, test, and scale our next wave of growth bets to support Uber for Business. This role will focus on seeding new use cases, developing compelling solution narratives, and driving early adoption across key emerging opportunities such as automotive, group transportation, kiosks incl. hospitality & airports, etc. You’ll combine deep customer research with sharp go-to-market execution, turning insights into scalable solutions that expand our footprint and help us become the vendor of choice in industries like automotive, hospitality and entertainment. It’s a very cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to join an outstanding team and shape how we evolve our strategy for helping industries optimize their ground transportation. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to turn ambiguity into action and ideas into impact by defining how we win in new and emerging markets. ## **What You’ll Do** - **Cross-functional Leadership**: Have influence over how cross-functional groups position new verticals on our platform, partnering closely with sales, business development and operations to create new and consistent messaging - **Messaging & Positioning**: Develop and validate compelling solution narratives for each emerging bet. Translate complex insights into clear, differentiated positioning by segment and persona. Refine our storytelling to address competitive gaps. - **Go-to-Market Excellence:** Define and execute GTM strategies for priority bets. Partner with sales and enablement to deliver toolkits that drive conversion and adoption. Optimize sales motions through messaging tests, pilots, and ongoing feedback loops. - **Global Leadership:** Develop scalable frameworks that can adapt across P0 and P1 countries.
