Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, Canada Mobility Department: Operations Team: Operations Location: Toronto, Canada Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Uber Canada is looking for a strategic, analytically driven leader to join our Mobility Operations team. You will lead cross-market initiatives that shape our pricing strategy, guide the evolution of our pricing technology, and drive long-term product and business direction in one of Uber’s highest-priority Mobility markets. Past projects in similar roles include developing competitive strategy, defining product portfolio direction, and leading the rollout of new pricing technologies across markets. This role calls for a strategic operator who can translate complex insights into clear recommendations, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver meaningful impact in a critical market for Uber. **About the Team** The Marketplace & Planning team is responsible for the Canada P&L, pricing, incentives, and strategic planning. Additionally, the team leads the go-to-market strategy for our low-cost product portfolio in Canada which includes Share and Wait & Save. This role sits within a high-impact, high-visibility team requiring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to own projects from strategy through to execution. **What You Will Do** - **Set Strategic Direction:** Define the overarching strategy for our Mobility product portfolio and business, establishing clear priorities and providing insight-driven guidance to leadership on where to focus and invest. - **Drive Strategic Initiatives:** Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact projects—including go-to-market for key products and competition strategy—that operationalize and advance the strategic direction. - **Develop Data-Driven Insights:** Analyze complex datasets to uncover opportunities, diagnose performance drivers, and generate recommendations that influence Uber Canada's P&L and key business decisions. - **Optimize Resource Allocation:** Build advanced models and decision frameworks that guide efficient capital and incentive allocation across Canadian markets. - **Col
