Our team is at the forefront of revolutionizing transportation with autonomous vehicles (AVs). **About the Role** As the Group Product Manager for Autonomous Vehicle Experience, you will lead the product strategy and execution for the rider experience in AVs. This role encompasses the end-to-end rider journey, including in-app experience, in-vehicle experience for happy and unhappy path flows. You will be responsible for building a best-in-class safe, reliable and delightful AV-first experience and will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the autonomous vehicle space. **Core Responsibilities** In this role, you will: - Lead the strategy and vision for the best-in-class AV rider experience - Lead a team of PMs who will work with you to drive towards this vision - Educate riders about AVs and build a safe and transparent experience - Generate demand and grow rider affinity for AVs - Design a seamless ride experience, including frictionless pick-up and drop-offs, vehicles controls before, during and after trip and on-trip experience both in-app and in-vehicle - Ensure a high quality rider experience when things don’t go as planned - Collaborate with AV tech partners to improve and co-design the rider experience including both software and hardware **Basic Qualifications** - 8+ years of product experience delivering successful and innovative products - 4+ years of experience managing PMs and building product organizations - Excellent track record of building best-in-class consumer products - Customer obsession and exceptional user and product instincts - Abilit
