You'll master tailoring your pitch to highlight our latest products, pricing models, and strategic initiatives. 2. **Driving the Full Sales Cycle:** Managing leads, nurturing relationships, negotiating commercial terms that create win-win outcomes, and securing signed contracts. 3. **Ensuring Partner Success:** Guiding new restaurant partners through a comprehensive setup process, advising on everything from offer strategies to menu optimization and operational readiness, ensuring a seamless launch and strong start on the platform. 4. **Collaborating for Smooth Launches:** Working closely with our onboarding, operations, and account management teams to guarantee a cohesive and successful transition for new partners. 5. **Exceeding Targets:** Consistently meeting and surpassing monthly sales targets, contributing directly to the growth of Uber Eats in Germany. **\-\-\-\- What You'll Need ----** 1. **Experience:** At least **3+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role** with a strong history of closing deals and exceeding targets. 2. **Exceptional Communication:** Outstanding communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
