Key Account Executive (m/f/d), Uber Eats, Köln Department: Sales & Account Management Team: Sales Location: Cologne, Germany Type: Full-Time ### The Role The Key Account Executive (m/w/d) is a German-speaking, senior sales role dedicated to securing strategic, high-value merchant partnerships across the Köln, North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), and Hessen regions. You will own the full sales cycle for key accounts, driving significant regional growth. ### Key Responsibilities - **Strategic Pitching:** Proactively engage with major restaurants and chains (via phone and in-person) to showcase the unique value of Uber Eats, mastering tailored pitches around products, pricing, and strategic initiatives. - **Full Sales Cycle Ownership:** Manage and drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and relationship nurturing to skillful negotiation of win-win commercial terms and securing signed contracts. - **Partner Success:** Advise new partners on comprehensive setup, including menu optimization, offer strategies, and operational readiness to ensure a seamless and strong platform launch. - **Targeting:** Consistently meet and surpass ambitious monthly sales targets, directly contributing to Uber Eats' expansion in Germany. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with Onboarding, Operations, and Account Management teams to guarantee cohesive and successful transitions for key partners. ### What You'll Need We require an experienced, results-focused sales professional ready to handle strategic accounts. - **B2B Sales Experience (3+ years):** Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales or business development with a strong track record of closing deals and exceeding targets. - **Communication & Persuasion:** Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, adept at influencing senior decision-makers and overcoming complex objections. - **Autonomy:** Highly self-motivated and organized, with proven ability to independently manage a high-volume, strategic sales pipeline. - **CRM/Data:** Hands-on experience using **Salesforce** or similar CRM tools for effective pipeline management
