Mid-Market Account Executive, Uber for Business, Taiwan Department: Sales & Account Management Team: Sales Location: Taipei City, Taiwan (ROC) Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Are you seeking an opportunity to have an impact, innovate through your problem solving, and grow professionally? In this role, you will be immersed in an elite sales group and startup-like environment to show the sales velocity and establish mid-market business for U4B. You will be accountable for driving new business acquisitions, managing forecast/ pipelines and executing through the GTM strategies. The ultimate goal is to fully empower any Mid Market organizations with the essence of Uber. **\-\-\-\- What You'll Do ----** 1. Prospect/pitch/sell, and scale into Mid-Market segments (employee size 250~2,000) 2. Deliver the value of the Uber for Business platform to our corporate customers 3. Develop opportunity and pipeline within a defined territory / book of business 4. Lead and coordinate end-to-end sales motions for corporate customers including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation to close deals 5. Ability to prioritize and locate the key decision makers, and prospect with sales velocity 6. Work cross-functionally teams to ensure an effective account launch/ meaning close win 7. Continuously assess customers' evolving needs and aligning Uber for Business's value proposition to drive linkage and adoption **\-\-\-\- What You'll Need ----** 1. 3+ years of B2B sales and Business Development experience 2. Proven track record of crafting narratives to drive new business acquisitions 3. Passionate, resilient, self-disciplined and hustling with hunter mindset 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams, and manage multiple stakeholders. 5. Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs. 6. English proficiency is a must have **\-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ----** 1.
