Sr. Strategic Operations Associate, Delivery Self Serve Department: Operations Team: Operations Location: New York, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Operations Associate to help us scale Uber’s global merchant self-serve business—one of the largest and fastest-growing acquisition channels in the Delivery business. In this role, you will help define and drive the strategy to rapidly scale merchant acquisition and strengthen onboarding and engagement through a combination of product-led growth, sales and operational improvements, performance marketing, and pricing and promotions. You will partner with regional operations, marketing, product, and commercial operations teams, including influencing the product vision to simplify and automate the merchant journey while evolving sales, operations, and support models to align with increasing automation. Success will require a blend of business acumen, data-driven storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible office in New York City 3 days/week. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so. **What You’ll Do** - Program manage execution of strategic initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, Sales operations, etc, to deliver a best in class self-serve experiences for Uber merchants - Harness your analytical skills to monitor performance and uncover actionable insights that shape strategy and drive decision-making. Present your insights to relevant stakeholders - Partner with Product to drive automation of the end-to-end self-serve experience. Represent the voice of the customer with insights based on merchant research and feedback.
