About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. About the role You will shape how the world understands and adopts Anthropic's suite of AI products—from Claude and the Claude API to Claude Code and Cowork. You'll build out a content portfolio that spans both deeply technical material aimed at developers and engineers and accessible, use-case-driven content that helps less technical audiences see what these tools can do for them. Reporting to the Content Marketing Lead, you'll be a key bridge between our product and engineering teams and our customers. This is a role for someone who is genuinely curious about AI, comfortable reading a technical changelog one hour and drafting a crisp executive summary the next, and who understands that great content has the potential to both educate and drive adoption across the pipeline. You'll work closely with sales, product marketing, solutions marketing, growth marketing, and our product engineering teams to build content that moves people through the funnel, from first awareness of what our products can do to the point where a team is actively deploying them Responsibilities: Manage an editorial calendar for product-focused and developer-focused content, ensuring consistent output across blog posts, ebooks, white papers, sales collateral, email marketing, video, and more for both launch moments and evergreen campaigns Write and edit long-form and short-form content spanning the full technical spectrum—from developer tutorials to accessible overviews that translate complex capabilities for non-technical decision-makers Create content for startup founders and operators using Claude and Claude Code to build and scale their companies Script and structure video content including product demos, user spotlights, and interview-style pieces, working closely with production partners to bring them to life Partner with sales and product marketing to develop enablement materials—pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive assets, and FAQ documents—that directly support the revenue team's needs Collaborate with product marketing and engineering to stay ahead of product launches and updates, translating new capabilities into compelling content quickly Build and maintain a deep understanding of our products, particularly Claude Code and Cowork, so that the content you create is accurate, credible, and genuinely useful Develop and contribute to email marketing campaigns, including nurture sequences and product update communications, that keep our audience informed and engaged Track content performance using analytics and work with the broader marketing team to refine strategy based on what's resonating with audiences Work cross-functionally with design and brand teams to ensure all content is polished and on-brand You may be a good fit if you: Have 8+ years of experience in content marketing or technical writing at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of producing content that drives business outcomes Are a skilled and versatile writer who can shift fluidly between technical depth and accessible, jargon-free prose depending on the audience Have hands-on experience writing for developer audiences, including developer-focused blog content, newsletters, and guides Understand how content fits into a B2B sales and marketing funnel and have experience creating materials that support pipeline generation and deal progression Are comfortable working with product and engineering teams to quickly get up to speed on complex, evolving technology Can manage multiple content workstreams and deadlines without losing attention to quality or detail Have experience scripting video content—tutorials, demos, or interviews— ...
