ABOUT THE ROLE - We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own Sully's technical project delivery across all areas of business. You will build processes around sprint cadence, delivery standards, and communicate technical milestones to non-technical stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and enforce end-to-end project governance across Sully.ai http://Sully.ai’s agents and teams. - Define sprint cadence and delivery standards to accelerate cross-functional execution. - Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high-quality releases. - Translate complex technical milestones into clear stakeholder communication. - Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery. HARD REQUIREMENTS - 7+ years in technical project/program management, with at least 3 in early-stage startups. - Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning). - Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). - Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python/Bash. - Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders. KEY RESULTS (FIRST 90 DAYS) - Establish a repeatable delivery framework adopted across all technical projects. - Reduce deployment cycle time by 30% through CI/CD optimization. - Launch a cross-functional reporting process ensuring 100% stakeholder alignment.
