KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Partner closely with co-founders to set integration strategy and make build vs. buy decisions. - Work directly with customers to gather requirements, define workflows, and deliver production-ready solutions. - Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to bridge integrations with applied GenAI systems, ensuring real-world deployment of intelligent automation. HARD REQUIREMENTS - Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python. - Proven experience integrating with multiple EHR systems across SMB and enterprise environments. - Hands-on work with FHIR, HL7, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and hybrid/on-prem systems. - Experience building with RPA frameworks (Selenium or similar). - Background in customer-facing engineering roles, gathering requirements and translating them into technical deliverables. - First-Month Focus - Audit current integrations, reliability, and security posture. - Finalize a 12-month integration roadmap and target list across EHRs and partner APIs. - Ship an SDK and sample app MVP for partner onboarding. - Success OKRs (90 Days) - Migrate 3 legacy integrations to the EHR Proxy. - Reach 100% automated test coverage for all integrations behind the EHR proxies. - Ensure reusability across all integration projects to deduce engineering rework by 50%. - If you’ve ever said, “I want to do work that actually matters”, this is it.
