**About the Role**
This isn't just a sales leadership role; it's about leading a high-impact team to shape the future of food delivery in Greece and drive real-world merchant growth. You'll build and scale our business, leading in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
Your team's partnerships will directly impact local restaurants and the way people move and eat in Greek cities. You'll oversee their efforts in outreach, negotiation, relationship building, and merchant onboarding.
**What You'll Do**
- **Sales Lifecycle Management:** Develop and implement strategic sales plans for customer acquisition, monitor the sales pipeline to forecast revenue, and guide account executives through the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- **Negotiation and Deal-Making:** Assist Account Executives in closing high-value deals, oversee contract negotiations and approval processes, and develop strategies to overcome objections and accelerate deal closure.
- **Market and Platform Expertise:** Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics while ensuring the team maintains comprehensive knowledge of Uber Eats products and services.
- **Sales Coaching & Leadership:** Track team and individual sales targets, identify and manage risks to achieving goals, proactively manage performance, roadmap team activities, and articulate a clear vision with strategic focus translated into actionable plans for team members.
### **What You'll Need**
- Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on outbound prospecting and high-volume lead generation.
- Minimum of 2 years experience leading and coaching sales or commercial teams.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles, leading teams of client-facing individuals.
- Experience using data to identify sales opportunities and improve team performance.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
