About This Role: We’re looking for a full-time Senior Frontend Systems Engineer to join our Services team reporting to the Manager, Solutions Engineering. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Wroclaw, Poland location. In this role, you’ll play a key role in evolving and scaling the Professional Services frontend delivery foundation by designing reusable UI systems, AI-enabled workflows, and frontend standards that increase delivery velocity, consistency, and long-term maintainability across customer engagements. You’ll remain hands-on while building shared frameworks, codifying repeatable patterns, and influencing extensibility decisions in partnership with Product and Engineering. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a systems-oriented, high-ownership environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Product, Core Engineering, and Professional Services delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in modern frontend architecture, design systems and reusable component libraries, and AI-assisted development with strong validation and accessibility discipline. What You'll Do: Build AI-Enabled Frontend Delivery Systems Design and maintain reusable UI templates, theming systems, and frontend accelerators used across customer implementations (for example: theme frameworks, reusable layout scaffolding, accessibility-safe component patterns). Build internal tooling and workflows that support AI-assisted implementation, testing, and documentation while ensuring generated code meets performance, accessibility, and maintainability standards. Define validation guardrails for AI-assisted development, including accessibility checks, responsive layout integrity, and performance baselines. Reduce repetitive customization work by codifying repeatable frontend patterns. Stay hands-on in complex UI implementations when needed. Improve Scalable Customization Identify recurring frontend friction across engagements and distill them into repeatable solutions (for example: standardized theming approaches, layout patterns, or supported override strategies). Propose architectural improvements that reduce customization effort and increase reuse, such as defining extensibility hooks, supported customization boundaries, or shared frontend utilities. Partner with Product Engineering to surface scalable customization needs informed by real delivery constraints and implementation patterns. Translate delivery realities into concrete technical proposals, supported by data such as implementation effort, frequency of reuse, or defect trends. Establish Frontend Standards Define and document frontend best practices across Professional Services. Ensure accessibility (WCAG), performance, and maintainability remain baseline standards. Mentor engineers in responsible AI usage and scalable frontend architecture. Promote reusable systems over one-off implementations. This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events. What We're Looking For: 6+ years building production frontend systems. Experience with at least one major modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, etc.). Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG). Experience building or maintaining a shared component library or desi ... (truncated, view full listing at source)
