AI & Automation Enablement Lead

The AI & Automation Enablement Lead is a critical new role designed to sit at the heart of our internal transformation. Reporting to the Director of Analytics, Automation & AI, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and the daily workflows of every UpGuardian. This role is not just about technical implementation, it’s about cultural enablement. You will drive significant business value by demystifying complex LLM concepts, building a library of high-impact training content, and acting as a strategic partner to all departments to ensure they are leveraging automation to its full potential. You'll be the go-to resource for anyone at UpGuard looking to scale their impact, and your success will be measured directly by the confidence and adoption of AI tools across the entire global organization.
