**About the Role**
We are looking for a Manager of Transformation to join our Finance Transformation Management Office (TMO). As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving the evolution of our financial processes and systems in a fast-growing and changing environment.
This person will drive the execution of transformational projects by applying their finance and systems expertise, collaborating with partners across the organization, and defining business processes that improve automation, standardization, and simplicity. You will serve as a core member of our EPM Optimization Strike Team, ensuring our stabilization efforts are effective, high-quality, and aligned with our transition toward a standardized, driver-based planning model.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Drive Strategic Execution: Support the finance transformation team responsible for modernizing our finance processes and systems, specifically within the Oracle EPM ecosystem
- Strengthen Team Effectiveness: Act as a core member of the cross-functional Strike Team, ensuring that system enhancements for Allocations, Headcount, and FX are delivered with high reliability and business accuracy
- Modernize Planning Models: Support end-to-end projects that transition manual, offline-intensive workflows toward integrated, driver-based technology solutions
- Enhance Logic Transparency: Collaborate with FinTech and StratFin to implement Allocation Explainability and streamlined logic, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into financial outputs
- Project Leadership & Governance: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for the stabilization roadmap and navigate the program's governance layers to resolve design escalations
- Continuous Improvement: Lead workshops and perform root cause analyses to resolve process friction and implement preventive controls that ensure long-term system stability
- Technical Partnership: Work closely with FinTech and Engineering to a
