**About the Role**
As a Global Senior Strategic Operations Manager on the Uber Direct Strategic Operations team, you'll lead high-impact global initiatives that shape the future of white-label delivery. You’ll turn ambiguous operational challenges into structured strategies, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver scalable solutions with global relevance.
**What You'll Do**
- **Guide product planning and prioritization** across countries to highlight the most critical asks and align with our business strategy.
- **Lead high-impact special projects** to solve emerging global challenges—owning everything from problem structuring and data analysis to strategy development, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional implementation.
- **Create scalable global strategies** by synthesizing regional efforts and aligning teams on unified frameworks that balance local needs with global priorities.
- **Translate data into insights** that influence product planning, operational decisions, and global business reviews.
**Basic Qualifications**
- 5–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics within high-growth or matrixed environments.
- Bachelor's Degree.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proven ability to drive ambiguous, cross-functional projects from strategy through implementation.
- Fluency in SQL and comfort in independently handling data deep dives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across senior stakeholders.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.
