Safety Operations Manager, Identity Department: Safety, Security & Insurance Team: Safety, Security & Insurance Location: San Francisco, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** We are seeking an analytically-minded, organized, and motivated individual to join our Americas Safety Operations - Identity team to focus on a wide range of sophisticated safety issues! The team is responsible for developing functional business strategies within the identity scope, such as how we collect identity information, discover new fraud patterns, and identify operational weaknesses. We balance improving or innovating processes with setting and delivering on core goals to meet business needs. This role calls for a combination of deep operational skills to get great work done, the innovation and creative thinking that's required to challenge the status quo, and the emotional intelligence required to come to a consensus with a team of cross-functional and global stakeholders. You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, thrive in a hyper-growth culture, and above all be passionate about the safety of people and the cities in which we operate. Working with teams across the globe, you'll need excellent stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to clearly communicate and present information to seek buy-in in a fast-changing environment. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1.
