What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an HR Support Specialist within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Human Resources department and is remote-based to candidates in Mexico. In this role, you will support core HR operations by executing administrative and transactional tasks that ensure accurate employee data management and smooth employee lifecycle processes. You will report directly to the Director of Employee Experience and regularly collaborate with HR Business Partners, Senior Support Specialists, and internal HR teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
• Processing voluntary and involuntary employee terminations and entering termination data into HR systems
• Coordinating equipment returns and preparing offboarding documentation and packets
• Tracking termination documentation and maintaining accurate employee records
• Monitoring contractor end dates and extension timelines and processing contractor offboarding activities
• Sending and collecting new hire onboarding paperwork and tracking policy acknowledgments
• Monitoring I-9 completion timelines and ensuring all onboarding documentation is complete
• Preparing employee documentation and filing signed forms within digital personnel records
• Maintaining digital employee files and tracking missing or incomplete documentation
• Processing employee status changes and submitting HR transactions in internal systems
• Preparing employee notices and maintaining accurate HR reporting data
• Updating HR trackers and maintaining immigration and employee relations tracking files
• Preparing reporting templates and updating QBR data files
• Processing standard HR requests including employment verification letters and payroll withholding forms
• Handling eligibility requests and updating manager reassignment information within HR systems
Qualifications & Skills
• 1–3+ years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a related administrative support role• Experience processing HR transactions or maintaining employee records in HRIS systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
