Field and ABM Marketing Manager - Central

Locations: Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin The Basics: The Field ABM Marketing Manager is responsible for driving regional marketing initiatives that align with sales goals, developing and executing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, and collaborating across teams to deliver integrated campaigns. The role focuses on engaging priority accounts, optimizing campaign performance, and supporting sales enablement through strategic partnership and effective communication. What you’ll do: Strategic Partnership with Sales: Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategies with quarterly pipeline and revenue goals. ABM Program Development: Design and execute targeted ABM programs (1:few, 1:many) to engage priority new business accounts, moving them through the funnel with personalized, multi-touch campaigns. Integrated Campaign Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Events, and Alliances) to deliver multi-channel programs including email, webinars, direct mail, digital ads, and field events. Event Strategy Execution: Plan and host high-impact regional events that drive mid-funnel engagement and accelerate sales cycles. Performance Optimization: Use data-driven insights and industry best practices to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels and accounts. Sales Enablement Communication: Ensure tight coordination with Sales on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and feedback loops. Advocate for sales needs and keep stakeholders informed on marketing priorities. Marketing Operations Savvy: Leverage tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to execute and track campaigns independently. We’re looking for someone with: 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with a strong background in field marketing and ABM Proven success in building and executing demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results Strong project management and problem-solving skills Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and functions Experience with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to travel (~20–25%) About Tanium Tanium is the Autonomous IT company.
