Regulations & Compliance Program Specialist Department: Community Operations Team: Community Operations Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil Type: Full-Time **About the Role** As a Program Specialist, you serve as the critical link between regulatory requirements and operational excellence. You translate complex, evolving mandates into clear, scalable, and efficient processes that enable the business to operate with confidence. By designing and implementing workflows, automation solutions, and governance frameworks, you make compliance seamless, intuitive, and sustainable. Partnering closely with Global and Regional CommOps, Legal, Operations, and Policy teams, you operationalize regulatory obligations into structured policies and processes that drive consistency, mitigate risk, and support scalable growth in dynamic environments. **What the Selected Candidate Will Do** 1. Design, build, and implement policies, processes, and automation frameworks to manage regulatory obligations effectively and at scale. 2. Identify, deploy, and continuously optimize workflow orchestration tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to enhance visibility and performance. 3. Lead root cause analyses and support legal mediation or regulatory inquiries with structured insights and data-backed recommendations. 4. Provide stakeholders with actionable insights on trends, operational performance, and opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and policies. 5. Partner cross-functionally to operationalize evolving regulatory requirements into sustainable processes, automations, and governance models. 6.
