This position falls under our NA Fuel line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for actively engaging the client to create a positive experience and promoting the sustained use of our services. You will report to the Fuel Tax Supervisor. How We Work As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Brentwood, TN Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships and proactively managing accounts to provide exceptional customer service Working closely as a liaison between the customer, sales and the operations team Providing proactive, professional, customer focused management of client fuel tax filing and reports Providing resourceful solutions for client requests and process issues Analyzing data in conjunction with support staff Communicating and coordinating with clients to ensure timely completion of reports and tax filings per the established calendar Maintaining current client contact information, including processing instructions Coordinating with operations team to provide ad hoc reports and/or information upon client request Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred 1+ year strong customer relations experience preferred Excellent basic math and data entry skills required Superior telephone and customer service skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, and Outlook) required 1+ years’ experience working with/preparing taxes is an asset Preferred Skills Strong relationship management skills Service oriented mentality Strong communication both written and verbal Reliable team member Action oriented mentality Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail Strong time management skills Strong problem-solving skills Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
