The role We are scaling AI workloads across PoC and production environments. As we grow, operational clarity and structured delivery become critical. We are hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to strengthen launch readiness, improve cross-team coordination, and manage operational relationships with external infrastructure vendors. You will play a key role in strengthening operational excellence as we scale AI delivery across increasingly complex infrastructure environments. You’re welcome to work remotely from Europe. Your responsibilities will include: Delivery Operations Launch Readiness Maintain operational visibility across active PoCs and production workloads Establish lightweight launch readiness standards for production rollouts Ensure workload expectations, ownership, and escalation paths are clearly defined Reduce last-minute surprises in customer-facing launches External Vendor Management Coordinate operational relationships with external and infrastructure vendors Track contracted capacity and provisioning timelines Monitor vendor performance and escalation workflows Partner with Legal and Finance on infrastructure-related agreements and follow-ups Cross-Functional Alignment Improve clarity across Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Delivery handoffs Support structured weekly operational reviews Surface risks early and drive resolution across teams You may be a good fit if: You have experience in cloud, AI, or infrastructure-heavy environments You are comfortable working with technical teams You have managed external vendors or infrastructure partners You bring structure without adding bureaucracy You are proactive in surfacing risks and improving execution discipline What success looks like: Production launches are structured and predictable Active PoCs and workloads are visible and tracked External infrastructure vendors operate within clear expectations Cross-team delivery friction is reduced What we offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
