The role
We’re looking for a Field Network Engineer at Nebius. You will be responsible for providing IT support in the data centers and remote locations in specific region. Also, you will be involved in ambitious projects and IT operations in new data centers.
You’re welcome to work in our office in Modiin, Israel.
Your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network-related issues within our data centers and colocations in the region.
Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands in co-located facilities. Be prepared to travel for on-site installations and technical support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing service operations and best practices.
We expect you to have:
3+ years of hands-on experience in data center with network equipment, planning installations and technical problem-solving.
Strong understanding of network technologies, server and network equipment.
Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Console work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
Valid Driving License
It will be an added bonus of you have:
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP)
ITIL or/and PMI Certification
