The Role Head of Solution Marketing — Healthcare Life Sciences (HCLS) Location: Remote (US). Preferred locations in major healthcare and life sciences hubs: Boston/Cambridge, Durham (NC), Maryland/Virginia/Washington D.C., San Diego, or the San Francisco Bay Area. Head of Solution Marketing — Healthcare Life Sciences (HCLS), will report to the VP of Marketing. You will lead our go-to-market strategy, messaging, and solution storytelling across the rapidly accelerating world of AI with a strong focus on the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Drug Development, and Genomics segments. This is a senior individual contributor role critical to shaping how Nebius is positioned at the intersection of AI-native cloud infrastructure and advanced HCLS workloads, including drug discovery and development, genomics and multi-omics, molecular modeling, clinical research, and regulated AI workflows. You will drive awareness, adoption, and category leadership by translating Nebius’s technical capabilities into clear, differentiated solution narratives and proof points. You will work cross-functionally with product management, sales, sales enablement, alliances (including NVIDIA and HCLS ecosystem partners), and the broader marketing organization to accelerate pipeline and revenue impact. This role is ideal for someone who can operate strategically, execute quickly, and enjoys building from 0→1. You are welcome to work remotely from the United States with preferred locations in Boston, NY, NJ and other east coast locations. Responsibilities Define solution positioning and value propositions for AI-driven Healthcare Life Sciences workloads on the Nebius AI Cloud and Inference Platform. Build solution blueprints and use-case narratives across drug discovery, molecular modeling, genomics, and clinical research workflows. Create messaging frameworks, pitch decks, objection-handling guidance, competitive battlecards, and sales tools to accelerate seller velocity. Translate technical outcomes into compelling business value narratives and ROI. Develop high-impact assets, including solution briefs, demo narratives, field playbooks, event presentations, webinars, and executive thought leadership. Enable and train sales teams and partners on how to effectively position Nebius for Healthcare Life Sciences use cases. Partner with demand generation to drive industry pipeline campaigns and event activations. Lead joint solution marketing initiatives with key ecosystem partners, including NVIDIA, ISVs, data platforms, and HCLS technology partners Support PR, analyst relations, and industry influencer engagements; contribute to category-definition research and thought leadership Partner closely with GTM, product, alliances, customer success, and marketing teams to drive measurable business impact Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MS, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in solution marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, or technical GTM roles in healthcare life sciences, AI/ ML Platforms and Cloud infrastructure or data platform Strong understanding of pharma, biotech, drug development, genomics, or adjacent HCLS workflows is must St ...
