Job Description
Why work at Nebius Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.
Where we work Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with RD hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI RD team.
The role
We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to run the product operating cadence at Nebius: how products move from idea to launch, how roadmaps stay accurate, and how teams stay aligned as we scale our cloud platform across regions and services.
You’ll own the frameworks, rituals, and quality bars that make launches predictable, roadmaps trustworthy, and operational feedback actionable. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing, without owning product strategy or discovery.
This role is critical to helping Nebius ship complex cloud products without chaos.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own the product launch cadence (readiness reviews, launch gates, post-launch follow-ups).
Maintain and evolve launch frameworks for services, features, and regional rollouts.
Partner with PMs to keep roadmaps accurate, consistent, and usable for leadership and GTM teams.
Run cross-functional product rituals across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing.
Ensure products are clearly documented, correctly staged (private / public), and sellable.
Turn operational signals (support issues, sales blockers, billing or capacity gaps) into structured inputs for product planning.
Continuously improve how product execution scales as the platform grows.
We expect you to have:
Has 4+ years experience in Product Ops, BizOps, Program Management, or Product.
Has worked with complex B2B, SaaS, or cloud platforms.
Is comfortable designing processes, cadences, and frameworks, not just following them.
Can bring clarity across teams without owning the roadmap.
Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
It will be
an added bonus
if you have:
Experience with cloud infrastructure, regional rollouts, or usage-based products.
Experience setting up product operations in a scaling organization.
What we offer
Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
Flexible working arrangements.
A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.
We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us! ... (truncated, view full listing at source)
