Role Overview
The Statutory Reporting Manager is responsible for preparing and submitting statutory financial reports, regulatory filings, and tax-related disclosures across assigned jurisdictions. The role ensures full compliance with local regulatory frameworks, collaborates with internal Finance and Tax teams, and supports internal/external audit activities.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory Regulatory Reporting
Prepare and file statutory financial statements under local GAAP.
Submit regulatory filings (CBS, DNB, Intrastat, VAT, CIT, WHT, etc.).
Ensure strong alignment between US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP results.
Audit Support
Coordinate audit requests, documentation, and responses.
Support quarterly financial reviews and year-end statutory audits.
Tax Compliance
Prepare VAT, CIT, and other tax declarations.
Collaborate with tax advisors and authorities to resolve inquiries.
Data Integrity Controls
Validate and reconcile financial data for statutory submissions.
Maintain compliance with internal control frameworks.
Post and document statutory and tax adjustments in ERP.
Process Improvement Systems
Support implementation of reporting tools and tax modules.
Identify opportunities to automate and standardize statutory workflows.
Ensure accuracy across systems such as NetSuite and local reporting tools.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience in statutory reporting, financial accounting, or tax compliance.
Strong knowledge of local accounting regulations (Dutch GAAP / Israeli GAAP).
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in English + local language.
Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments.
Background in Big4 or audit.
Familiarity with tax automation and reporting tools.
Understanding of IFRS and group consolidation requirements.
