Senior Program Manager, Site Technology Department: Engineering Team: Program Manager Location: San Francisco, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** As a Senior Program Manager for Site Technology at Uber, you will spearhead high-impact, org-wide initiatives focused on implementation and optimization of Audio/Visual (A/V), Network, and on-prem IT technologies across our global footprint of over 300 offices. Based within the Digital Experience team, you will own and drive project execution for integrating these critical infrastructure technologies. Your primary focus will be leading projects to ensure seamless and standardized deployment of A/V, network, and on-prem IT solutions. You will work closely with Workplace and business leaders to align cross-functional teams and ensure delivery with measurable outcomes. You will champion efficient execution, track progress against key metrics, proactively resolve blockers, manage risks, and communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to energize teams towards ambitious goals, ultimately ensuring Uber's physical spaces are technologically robust and efficient. What the Candidate Will Do 01. Act as a regional leader for projects to drive measurable value from A/V, Network, and on-prem IT investments across Uber's entire workforce, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 02.
