**About the Role**
Join the Core Consumer Growth team to drive the next phase of Uber Eats’ growth. You will lead high-impact initiatives across key consumer lifecycles - owning the strategy for **new eater acquisition** and **churned user resurrection**. By blending deep data analysis with cross-functional execution, you will directly influence how millions of users engage with our platform.
**The Impact You'll Have**
1. **Lead Growth Strategy:** Own and execute the end-to-end roadmap for acquiring new users and re-engaging lapsed "churned" eaters through innovative, scalable campaigns.
2. **Drive Data Insights:** Build and monitor reporting dashboards to translate ambiguous data sets into actionable strategies, presenting findings to senior leadership.
3. **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Act as the "voice of the consumer" in forums with Product and Engineering to prioritise features that enhance the eater experience and investment efficiency.
4. **Optimise Investments:** Manage and forecast promotional budgets, ensuring every dollar spent on acquisition and resurrection meets ROI targets.
5. **Execute with Precision:** Ensure the flawless deployment of growth initiatives across various internal and external channels, maintaining a high bar for the consumer experience.
**The Experience You'll Bring**
1. **Experience:** 3+ years of operational, analytical, or growth-focused experience gained in a fast-paced environment (e.g., tech, strategy consulting, or e-commerce).
2. **Analytical Foundation:** Proven experience breaking down complex, ambiguous problems using data-driven insights and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
3. **Education:** A quantitative degree or a background demonstrating strong numerical literacy and business acumen.
