Onboarding Manager
Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is terrible. Archy is revolutionizing the dental practice management space, giving dental providers cutting-edge software that allows them to do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.
Job Description:
The Onboarding Manager role supports customers directly by building close, long-term client relationships and providing real time support through their transition to Archy.
Practice onboarding with Archy is the pivotal and most important touchpoint of the customer journey. The Onboarding Manager will guide the practice through their implementation of Archy. You’ll host regular calls including working sessions their first week of being live. Your primary superpower is the ability to identify the needs of your practices to design a customized onboarding experience based on those needs, goals and skills, within the framework of Archy and our timeline to go live.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand the business goals and focus of the practice, ensuring they are setup for success
- Provide support and guidance on questions related to account setup; both dental operation questions and broader dental insurance questions
- Support dental practices with setting up new systems that integrate with Archy, including imaging software on practice’s xray and pano machines, e-prescribe software and text messaging services
- Conduct live virtual training sessions to dental office staff that showcase Archy’s capabilities and answer questions from office team members in order to build a strong foundation for success
- Work closely with other Archy team members to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner
- Investigate potential technical problems with practice’s migrated data from previous software as reported by customers, via troubleshooting with the customer and proactively trying to find solutions
- Effectively communicate customer feedback to relevant stakeholders such as product and engineering within the company
- Ability to flex between working with practice owners, having high level discussions, and office managers having detailed knowledge of dental office operations
- Identify gaps in training resources, both internal and external for publication
- Ability to drive customers to active implementation and activating revenue within the set timeline
- Be able to flex to the needs of the business which sometimes can mean executing side projects
Job Requirements:
- Experience dealing with high level practice owners and intricacies of running a dental practice
- Demonstrates strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs, articulate value in a business context, and influence stakeholders to adopt and engage with our product.
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing and general practice management
- Ability to proactively guide practices through the onboarding process with excitement and an eye for Archy timeline
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive relationships, both in written and verbal communications getting to the root of
- Basic technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product (typing skills, understanding how to troubleshoot browsers and hardware connections into computers)
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in dental industry, or Saas onboarding
