**About the Role**
You will join Uber Eats’ high-growth UK Retail team, supporting our Grocery, Retail and Convenience partners to scale performance through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
This role sits within the Account Management team and works in close partnership with Account Managers to drive merchant growth, improve operational health and unlock new opportunities using analytics and structured problem-solving.
You will use SQL and Google Sheets to build analyses, develop growth plans and translate data into clear recommendations for both internal stakeholders and merchant partners. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with multiple live projects and continuous exposure to strategic and operational initiatives.
**What You'll Do:**
- **Build** and maintain the source of truth for the UK Retail team by writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to create datasets, dashboards, and performance reports that drive merchant growth.
- **Navigate** through massive, messy datasets using Google Sheets and Tableau to identify hidden performance gaps in merchant reliability, such as cancellations and fulfillment Quality of Service.
- **Scale** the impact of the Account Management team by designing repeatable reporting frameworks and documentation templates that automate routine insights and allow for high-velocity decision-making.
- **Lead** strategic conversations with both internal stakeholders and external merchant partners, turning raw data into compelling, actionable recommendations that improve commercial outcomes.
- **Solve** complex operational challenges at the intersection of digital systems and real-world logistics, ensuring that merchant growth plans are rooted in the reality of our marketplace dynamics.
**What You'll Need:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in SQL for writing and editing queries.
