**About the Role**
The Content A&I Data Analytics Team Lead is integral in providing reporting/analytics needs and program support to Content stakeholders. He or she will be expected to understand, and fulfill stakeholder requests, oversee JIRA backlogs and sprint prioritizations, manage junior analysts, and help identify and execute on long-term strategic priorities.

1. Conceptualize and build intermediate reports & dashboards
2. Identify trends in data sets & operational weaknesses
3. Support business deep dives on data and insights generation
4. Perform business deep dives on data and insights generation
5. Build statistical tools & models to aid decision-making
6. Automate reports & dashboards
7. Support questions from requesters
\-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ----
1. At least 1+ year of experience or equivalent formal education aligned to statistics, engineering, math, or business
2. Intermediate data analytics, SQL, and web query skills
3. Basic programming skills (Python preferred)
4. Strong stakeholder management skills
\-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ----
1. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
2. Experience with Google Scripting
3. Experience with Python or R
