Growth Strategy Operations Associate, Uber Direct (Sweden) Department: Sales & Account Management Team: Account Management Location: Stockholm, Sweden Type: Full-Time **About the role and team** Uber Direct is our white-label delivery service that enables merchants in Sweden to offer fast, same-day delivery from their own websites, apps, or stores — with no need for customers to use the Uber app. You will own the long-term commercial health of these partnerships, ensuring they scale effectively on our platform. Your work bridges the gap between digital strategy and physical logistics at a massive scale. Success here requires the grit to solve messy problems and the influence to align stakeholders with competing priorities. You must stay steady under pressure, using data to navigate ambiguity and drive results for your partners. You will build deep expertise in the local delivery ecosystem and help define the standard for how the Swedish market experiences on-demand logistics. **What you'll do:** As a Growth Strategy Operations Associate, you will be responsible for: - **Driving growth:** Develop plans in conjunction with your assigned accounts to expand their business through growing same-location sales (eg. effective marketing, menu optimisation) or adding locations (i.e. locations deployment, expansion support) - **P&L and operational efficiency:** You will build long-term relationships with our key accounts and be the main point of contact from Store Manager to HQ, focusing on improving their operations and optimising commercials. - **Analysis:** Quantify everything you do.
