Define technology strategy and architecture, propose SaaS development guidelines, and recommend best practices to engineers and business stakeholders. Innovate in technology space by building reusable integration components using existing platforms and collaborating with platform engineers. Champion industry-standard and Uber-specific enterprise engineering practices in security, observability, monitoring, and deployment. Act as technology advisor to recommend optimal technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and addressing downstream impacts. Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses to evaluate new initiatives, products, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional technical leaders, architects, and global business stakeholders. May telecommute.
