In this role, you will: - Help define the operating model and cross-functional partnerships that enable scalable, high-quality logistics across all of Whatnot’s markets - Support carrier performance and pricing health — monitoring key metrics, managing rate structures, and driving accountability with external carrier partners - Lead operational response to shipping disruptions — building the processes and playbooks that ensure fast, reliable resolution for buyers and sellers - Inform carrier strategy and product roadmap — identifying opportunities by market and bringing prioritized gaps to Product and Engineering - Partner with senior leaders across BD, Finance, Product, and Operations to advance Whatnot’s shipping vision: competitive pricing, reliable delivery, and healthy economics at scale Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our New York, San Francisco, Phoenix, or Los Angeles hubs. 👋 YOU Curious about who thrives at Whatnot?
