In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing a critical part of our business, working closely with engineering to implement solutions and using your strong prioritization skills to tackle a dynamic backlog. If you're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys working with APIs and technical teams, we want to hear from you!</div> <p> </p> <div data-block-id="block-475f7fbc-c7cc-41a9-95ef-c41710776a11"> <div data-block-id="block-475f7fbc-c7cc-41a9-95ef-c41710776a11">The Role:</div> <div data-block-id="block-c8041242-b97a-4916-b886-ec106f6c7f56">As our Product Manager for Billing & Payments, you will:</div> <ul> <li>Own and evolve our end-to-end billing and payment ecosystem, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineers to implement technical solutions, including API integrations with various platforms.</li> <li>Develop and maintain internal tools, such as a CRM admin dashboard, to provide customer support and other teams with essential payment and customer data.</li> <li>Prioritize and manage a substantial product backlog, making strategic decisions to deliver impactful improvements quickly.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to optimize our product catalog, checkout flows, and payment processes.</li> <li>Partner with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing operations.</li> </ul> <div data-block-id="block-4769bdc8-f688-42a3-aa17-677b6cabad8f"> </div> <div data-block-id="block-ca7b31da-b2b3-4761-ada2-bc4266ad7846">You will report to the Director of Product Management and work closely with engineering, design, and customer support teams to deliver scalable solutions.
