Role and Team This position is responsible for driving a service truck on the auction lot and assisting with vehicle issues. Reports to the Operations Manager or designated manager as part of the Operations team. Responsibilities Disburse gasoline to vehicles, provide battery jump to start vehicles with inoperable batteries, put air in tires, unlock vehicles Assist with vehicle preservation: Closing open windows and/or wrapping vehicle with collision tape to prevent weather damage Drive or tow vehicles through auction lanes on auction day Prioritize safe driving. Consistent and safe driving is crucial for this role. Maintain good flow of communication with all team members and practice good teamwork Inspect the service truck to ensure the vehicle maintains good maintenance and safe driving conditions Assure good operating condition of equipment and facilities.
