📣 Position:** Marketing & Commercial Representative** 📍 Location: Remote 🕒 Schedule: Full-time 📢 Department: Marketing & Commercial 🎯 Role Summary The Marketing & Commercial Representative is a dual-function role within our marketing team, combining telemarketing, customer service, and commercial account management. At least 50% of the workday will be dedicated to outbound calls to properties and organizations to generate referrals, build strong relationships, and support commercial growth initiatives. This position also provides B2B support, manages commercial accounts, and handles administrative tasks essential to ensuring efficient operations — all in a fully remote work environment. 📌 Responsibilities 📞 Telemarketing & Outbound Outreach (Primary Focus – 50%) • Conduct outbound calls to properties and organizations to generate referrals and new business opportunities. • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing outstanding customer service. • Arrange and distribute marketing materials based on survey insights or call results. • Maintain and update the apartment community database with accurate and current information. 🏢 Commercial Sales & Account Support • Manage commercial accounts (companies or individuals with three or more units). • Prepare and send professional presentations and proposals via email. • Process referral checks and vouchers for leasing agents and property partners. • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotional offers. 🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications • Previous experience in telemarketing and/or customer service. • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging clients through outbound calls. • Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat). • Ability to balance relationship-building with meeting performance metrics. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort handling administrative tasks. • #Marketing #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
