In addition to executing marketing campaigns, the Marketing Operations Production Specialist will work on maintaining and optimizing Marketo operational campaigns (ex: lead routing, lead scoring, and privacy compliance programs).</p> <p><strong>This is a 100% Remote role.</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Essential responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Receive and execute on requests from operational teams such as MOPs Campaigns, Demand Gen Tech Ops, IT, and Data Operations</li> <li>Build, QA, test, launch, and troubleshoot marketing campaigns using Marketo and other marketing technology</li> <li>Be a subject matter expert of all Marketo operational campaigns</li> <li>Be a go-to team member for all advanced Marketo troubleshooting requests</li> <li>Design, maintain, and continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign execution processes and operational campaign workflows</li> <li>Be part of cross-functional projects involving lead/contact quality management</li> <li>Create and make ongoing updates to process documentation as needed</li> <li>Stay informed of Marketing Operations best practices<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience working with Marketo.</li> <li>3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, and event management platforms (preferred).</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Strong customer-service mindset with a client-centric approach when partnering with stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations to technical teams.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Nice to Have:</u></strong></p> <p><strong>• </strong>Current or previous Marketo certification.<br>• Experience with HTML and CSS, especially for building and customizing Marketo asset ...
