Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and let’s build what’s next - together!</p></div><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an Anaplan Certified Professional for the <strong>Partner Enablement Operations role</strong>, as you will be the organizational backbone of our partner Anaplan sandboxes and Infrastructure globally. The Partner Success Operations specialist will be a key member of our team, dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and focus of our Partner Success Managers (PSMs). This role will own and manage critical administrative and operational tasks, directly contributing to the success of our partner ecosystem by ensuring seamless workshop preparation, infra, sandbox and resource provisioning, certification coordination, and infrastructure management.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional hand-on experience for our partners.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p> <p><strong>Partner Provisioning & Infrastructure Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end provisioning of Anaplan applications, conceptual demos, and development tenants for partners.</li> <li>Oversee partner sandbox infrastructure, including ticket coordination, governance, and workspace management.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams for the setup of partner development environments, including SFDC account creation and tenant administration, model copy</li> </ul> <p><strong>Partner Workshop Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the comprehensive preparation for partner on-site workshops, a process requiring multiple hours per event to coordinate all logistical, content-related and training instance aspects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pre-Sales Certification Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the backlog of candidates for the pre-sales certification program, conducting prerequisite checks to ensure candidate readiness.</li> <li>Schedule and coordinate all required workshop sessions, rehearsals, and assessments with internal stakeholders and partner-facing teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>More About You</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>3-5 years of experience in managing Anaplan instances, model copy, tenant administration.
