If you’re eager to make an impact, we’re looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team in Manila. Reporting to the Director, Global Revenue, you will be the primary driver behind the financial integrity of our most complex revenue streams, including Merchant Capital Advances (MCA) and Software Billing. This isn’t a typical accounting role—you’ll manage the lifecycle of our capital offerings, including complex incremental funding scenarios, and bridge the gap between high-volume transactional data and our core financial reporting. What you’ll be doing: MCA Portfolio Management: Own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle for Merchant Capital Advances. This includes calculating Fair Value (FV) adjustments, managing incremental funding, and ensuring the correct, consistent interest rates are applied across all active advances. Collection Repayment Validation: Validate principal versus fee repayments routed through our Auto-Deduct collection paths (e.g., Stripe, Adyen), ensuring carrying values map perfectly to gross values. Software Billing Engine: Take ownership of one of our primary software billing engines. You will manage the accuracy of invoices and credit notes, ensuring seamless revenue recognition tie-outs at month-end. Complex Reconciliations: Build and maintain sophisticated workbooks that ingest large datasets to reconcile system-level data (Salesforce, Billing, CRM) to the General Ledger, including posting the monthly entries. Reporting Dashboards: Utilize Looker and Excel to build Capital and Software dashboards that don't just show "what" happened, but "why" (variance analysis and trend forecasting). Audit Controls: Lead the audit trail for our transaction-based revenue, introducing quality checks and controls robust enough to withstand rigorous scrutiny. What you need to bring: 3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in a Revenue, Financial, or Data Analyst role within a high-growth tech or financial services environment. Excel Power-User: You should be comfortable with advanced formulas, managing massive datasets, and modeling complex scenarios. (This will be tested). Data Toolset: Direct experience using Looker (or similar BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI) and Salesforce to extract and visualize data. Big Data Fluency: Demonstrated ability to manage, clean, and analyze large datasets without losing accuracy or detail. Billing/ERP Knowledge: Experience with NetSuite or similar ERPs and automated billing engines is highly preferred. Our hiring process is very straightforward.
