<p>The Office Coordinator - Bracknell will oversee our new office in Bracknell, UK. This role supports daily office operations and enhances the workplace experience, while actively cultivating a culture that fosters innovation. This role will implement processes, policies, and procedures to focus on scalability and capturing data that will drive the company to make more informed decisions. This role is onsite Monday – Friday.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Your Impact</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-functioning and organized environment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise&nbsp;with key stakeholders to create a positive workplace experience and make the office a destination.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support and coordinate&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;for&nbsp;onsite&nbsp;meetings and events.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Be a key&nbsp;culture&nbsp;leader&nbsp;in&nbsp;the office.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain office supplies, equipment, and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth office operations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure best practices for&nbsp;physical security,&nbsp;health,&nbsp;and safety.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with&nbsp;IT&nbsp;team in support of new hires, telecom,&nbsp;and&nbsp;videoconferencing, as needed.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Serve as primary liaison for property management services provided by the landlord.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage the facilities and space planning of the office.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a hospitality, real estate, property management, or related environment is a plus.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in improving administrative and operational processes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience&nbsp;using&nbsp;a badging&nbsp;or&nbsp;access control&nbsp;system.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience&nbsp;using&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;Suite including&nbsp;Office 365&nbsp;</li>
