About You What you’ll do Provide support to the GTM FPA team leaders Create and maintain reporting and analysis for management and team leads Deliver detailed analysis of historical financials and variance explanations, along with reports that track budget trends and forecast future needs Partner with the business to provide analytical support and analysis for ad-hoc projects related to workforce planning, personnel expense, monthly budgets, and other items Improve and optimize the financial processes Your experience BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field 2+ years of experience in Finance Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving Advanced Excel modeling skills Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills Understanding of Accrual-Based Accounting Well organized and goal oriented Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment Intellectually curious, self-starter who is not afraid to seek out projects independently Team player with a strong work ethic Adaptive experience strongly preferred Experience using AI (including creating agents) to automate systems and processes preferred About the Team Trust, integrity, and collaboration are the heart of our team culture.
