Job Description

Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support multiple client accounts by managing advanced accounting functions, monthly closes, oversight of AP/AR, and leading the bookkeeping team. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and confident interacting with clients. Key Responsibilities • Manage advanced accounting: multi-entity consolidation, departments/classes, job costing, revenue allocation, sales tax, inventory, and COGS. • Prepare and maintain budgets and cash flow forecasts. • Identify financial trends, margin issues, and red flags. • Lead new client onboarding, system cleanups, and process setup. • Support system migrations (QBO, NetSuite, Bill.com, Avalara, etc.). • Complete month-end close by day 5: reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements. • Review bookkeeping work and ensure accurate SOPs for all clients. • Prepare financial reports, KPIs, and simplify insights for non-financial clients. • Oversee AP/AR processes and maintain audit-ready documentation. • Serve as primary client contact; respond to inquiries within 24 hours. Requirements • C1 English proficiency (required). • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant. • QuickBooks experience (required). • NetSuite or ERP experience (required). • U.S.-based accounting experience (preferred). • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment. #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
