Title and Summary Manager, Partnerships, Small and Medium Enterprises AP Overview The Asia Pacific Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) team is seeking a Manager, Partnerships to lead strategic relationships and commercial engagements with key partners across the region. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and deepening partnerships that accelerate the growth of Mastercard’s SME business. The ideal candidate is highly driven, commercially minded, adept at problem‑solving, and able to articulate and create joint value for both partners and Mastercard. Responsibilities • Identify strategic partnership areas critical to the growth of the SME business, including Expense Management, Accounting Tools, Cashflow Management, System Integrators, and related categories. • Determine priority partners in key markets and lead efforts to engage, negotiate, and onboard them into Mastercard’s ecosystem. • Develop and execute strategies to commercialize partnerships, unlocking joint value and driving measurable business impact for both Mastercard and partners. • Design go‑to‑market motions and collaborative value propositions that deliver meaningful benefits to end‑users. About You • Bring proven experience in business development and commercial partnerships, preferably within the payments, fintech, or financial services sectors, with a track record of driving growth through partnership efforts. • Possess strong commercial acumen and the ability to assess how partner solutions complement Mastercard’s capabilities, enabling the creation of integrated, user‑centric offerings. • Demonstrate a passion for business growth, a collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively with both external partners and internal Mastercard stakeholders to drive shared outcomes.
