Title and Summary Senior Analyst, Revenue Assurance Overview of Services Mastercard's professional Services arm is focused on driving value beyond payment transactions. About the Role As a Revenu Assurance and Business Transformation professional, you are expected to: • Develop a strong understanding of our business environment • Engage with Services business teams and act as an Internal Consulting partner to understand pain-points related to their business model and operational processes • Identify solutions to the pain-points using logical thinking, problem solving skills and leveraging better use of data & technology • Where appropriate, identify processes that can be Centralized and conceptualize new operating model and migration plan • Develop design documentation e.g. SOPs, system requirements, user journey maps etc. • Ensure successful implementation with disciplined Program management and Change management efforts, in collaboration with key stakeholders • Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements using system enhancements, tactical automation or process changes All about you - Experience in driving business transformation / digital transformation preferably for B2B services organizations - Experience in business consulting or in dealing with unstructured situations and applying first principles thinking for problem solving - 4-7 years of experience, with an undergraduate or master's degree - Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills - Exposure to any of these domains is preferred though not essential – B2B Sales processes, Sales productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce); Data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau) etc. Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
