Title and Summary Project Manager, Operations - Optimization Project Manager II, Operations We are looking for an eager Project Manager to drive team engagement and operations efforts for Optimization. In partnership with the Chief of Staff and local teams in Gurgaon & Lisbon offices, this person will support various internal events, communications, and administrative tasks. About the Role Employee Engagement • Plan and execute engaging events (team-building activities, cultural celebrations, etc.) • Drive volunteerism efforts and community engagement • Partner with Facilities on space planning, seating arrangements, and parking coordination • Support leadership visits, ensuring smooth logistics and memorable experiences • Coordinate in-office training sessions and learning opportunities Chief of Staff Support • Support various internal projects & reporting • Enable strong internal communications (all hands, newsletter, teams channel) • Build and maintain internal SharePoint site • Support event planning, logistics, and execution All About You • Experience with event coordination or office operations • Familiarity with project management methodologies • Creative mindset with a passion for culture-building and employee engagement • Comfortable working across global teams and time zones • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Can work independently developing and mapping out solutions, but know when to ask for help • Sense of humor!
